Meet our trainers
Agnieszka Igielska, DDS
An experienced pediatric dentist with over 10 years of experience, specializing in comprehensive care for young patients. She graduated from the Medical University of Gdańsk with a degree in dentistry. She develops her professional career at the IMED KIDS Medical Center, where she treats children. Dr. Igielska uses modern methods in her work, such as conscious sedation, computer-controlled anesthesia, and oral cavity sanitation under general anesthesia. She is also the coordinator of dental services at IMED KIDS and a co-founder of a center specializing in comprehensive pediatric dentistry. She continuously upgrades her qualifications by participating in numerous courses and conferences in pediatric dentistry and other fields of dentistry.
Małgorzata Potrykus, DDS, Pediatric Dentistry Specialist
An experienced pediatric dentist with extensive experience in comprehensive dental care for young patients. She graduated from the Medical University of Gdańsk, earning the title of Doctor of Dental Medicine, and then specialized in pediatric dentistry from 2011-2015. Dr. Potrykus also worked in Great Britain, where she provided dental treatment for both children and adults. Currently, she is associated with IMED Medical Center, where she has been treating the youngest patients since 2018. She regularly upgrades her qualifications by participating in numerous courses and training sessions, with an emphasis on early functional orthodontics and modern treatment methods. She also runs the blog "Mama Pedodontka," where she shares knowledge with parents of young patients.
Magdalena Kępisty, DMD, specialist in pediatric dentistry
She graduated from the Jagiellonian University Medical College in 2009, from the Faculty of Medicine, in the field of dentistry. In 2013, she obtained the title of specialist in pediatric dentistry. A long-time member of scientific societies such as PASD, PTSD, IAPD, and IADT. An active participant in international conferences and courses in pediatric dentistry and traumatology.
An experienced specialist in dental trauma, assistant and academic teacher at the Jagiellonian University, passionately sharing knowledge in pedodontics. A member of the "Let's Dent" Pediatric Dentistry Specialist Center team in Krakow.
Małgorzata Fischer, MD, PhD, specialist in conservative dentistry with endodontics
A graduate of the Medical University of Silesia, she completed a three-year postgraduate training, earning the title of Specialist in Conservative Dentistry with Endodontics. She defended her PhD in medical sciences in conservative dentistry with endodontics with distinction. Since 2017, when she began her doctoral studies, her main interest has been non-invasive and micro-invasive dentistry. She is the author of numerous Polish and foreign scientific publications in reputable journals. Patients value her for her exceptional approach to the youngest patients, her intuition, gentleness, sensitivity, and the safety of her procedures – key aspects in a profession involving the treatment of children.
Lucyna Nalikowska-Mazur, MA
A psychologist and pedagogue with many years of experience working with children of all ages, including children with neurodevelopmental disorders. For over a decade, she worked in pediatric dental offices, where she prepared doctors to work with young patients and their guardians. She conducted numerous training sessions, mentoring, ongoing "on the job" support, and interventions in non-standard situations. Currently, she serves as a pedagogue and educator in care and educational facilities. In her work, she is guided by Korczak's Decalogue and is an enthusiast of creatively supporting children's development through art therapy. Lucyna Nalikowska-Mazur is distinguished by her empathetic approach, which builds trust and supports the development of participants' competencies during training.
Joanna Karbowska-Bebel, MA
An experienced manager and certified trainer with over ten years of experience in delivering training. She specializes in issues related to broadly understood interpersonal communication, building and maintaining relationships, and strengthening leadership competencies. Joanna has conducted training and training programs for many renowned companies such as Polpharma, Play, Procter & Gamble, Publicis Groupe Poland, and Accenture. She combines training expertise with practical business experience. In her professional and private life, she practices Nonviolent Communication, drawing inspiration from Transactional Analysis, positive psychology, and the theory of emotion construction. Joanna, as a mother of two school-aged children, perfectly understands the communication challenges faced by parents and teachers.
