Training Schedule
Theoretical part I – 3.5 hours
1. Steel crowns for the reconstruction of primary teeth in the posterior section:
• introduction
• indications, qualification of the tooth for reconstruction with a steel crown, contraindications;
• clinical procedure - instrumentation, core reconstruction, preparation and
tooth preparation, hemostasis, cementation;
• prognosis, failures
• clinical cases.
2. Zirconium crowns as an aesthetic alternative to steel crowns:
• indications, contraindications;
• clinical procedure – tooth preparation and dissection,
instrumentation, hemostasis, cementation
• prognosis, failures
• clinical cases.
3. Bioceramic materials for biological treatment of the pulp of permanent and primary teeth:
• indications
• clinical management
• tooth preparation, instruments
• If not formocresol, then what? – amputation treatment procedures

1. Preparation of a primary molar on a model for a steel crown using rotary instruments.

4. Use of MTA bio-ceramic materials in the technique:
