Training Regulations
Regulations for participation in Dental for Children PSA training courses
§1. General provisions
1. 1. The training courses are organized by Dental for Children PSA, with its registered office in Reda, ul. Szkolna 6/24, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
2. 2. The training courses consist of theoretical lectures and workshop sessions.

§2. Registrations and enrollment rules
1. 1. Participation in the training course is registered exclusively electronically via the form available on the Organizer's website.
2. 2. Submitting the application form is equivalent to acknowledging and accepting these regulations.
3. 3. The deadline for submitting applications is 14 days before the planned start date of the training course.
4. 4. The number of places in the training course is limited. Enrollment is determined by the order of applications and timely payment of the advance.
§3. Fees and payment terms
1. 1. A condition for booking a place in the training course is the payment of an advance of PLN 1000 (one thousand Polish zlotys), regardless of the total cost of the training course.
2. 2. The advance must be paid within 3 working days from the date of sending the application form.
3. 3. The remaining part of the training fee must be settled no later than 14 days before the start of the training course.
4. 4. Failure to pay the full amount by the required deadline means resignation from participation in the training course.
5. 5. In the title of the transfer (both advance and additional payment), please enter: "Training name, training date, participant's first and last name".
§4. Invoicing
1. 1. The Organizer documents payments in the following way:
a) 2. After the advance payment (PLN 1000) is credited, an advance invoice is issued,
b) 3. After the remaining part of the payment is settled, a final invoice is issued.
2. 4. Invoices are sent electronically to the e-mail address provided in the application form or via the KseF system.
3. 5. Registration for the training course means consent to receive VAT invoices in electronic form.
§5. Withdrawal from participation in the training course
1. 1. Withdrawal from participation in the training course must be notified by e-mail to: szkolenia@dentalforchildren.pl
2. 2. In case of withdrawal:
a) a) More than 30 days before the training date – 100% of the paid amount is refunded,
b) b) From 30 to 21 days before the training date – 50% of the paid amount is refunded,
c) c) Less than 21 days before the training date – the payment is non-refundable.
3. 3. Failure to participate in the training course without prior withdrawal does not entitle to a refund of costs.
§6. Complaints
1. 1. A participant has the right to submit a complaint regarding the training service if its execution (especially time, place or materials) was inconsistent with the offer.
2. 2. Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically.
3. 3. Complaints are considered individually within 14 working days from the date of their receipt by the Organizer.
§7. Personal data protection (GDPR)
1. 1. The administrator of participants' personal data is Dental for Children PSA with its registered office in Reda, ul. Szkolna 6/24.
2. 2. Participants' personal data are processed for the purpose of:
a) a) implementing the registration process and organizing the training,
b) b) issuing accounting documents,
c) c) contacting the participant regarding organizational matters
3. 3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for participation in the training.
4. 4. The participant has the right to:
a) a) access their data
b) b) rectify them
c) c) delete or restrict processing
d) d) object to data processing
5. 5. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except for payment and accounting service providers, to the extent necessary for the provision of services.
6. 6. Data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose and in accordance with applicable law.
§ 8. Participants' image
1. 1. Photographic materials and video recordings may be made during the training.
2. 2. These materials may be used by the Organizer for marketing purposes, in particular on the website and in social media.
3. 3. By participating in the group training, the participant agrees to the free use of their image.
§ 9. Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for participants' personal belongings left unattended during the training.
1. The participant takes part in the training at their own risk.
2. The Organizer is not responsible for how the knowledge gained during the training is used by the participant.
3. The participant is obliged to observe safety rules and the instructor's instructions during workshop sessions.
4. The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of applying the knowledge acquired during the training in clinical practice.
§10. Terms of participation
1. 1. Training courses are intended for dental practitioners.
2. 2. The participant declares that they possess the appropriate qualifications to participate in the training and perform the activities covered by the training program.
§11. Organizational changes
1. 1. The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to the training program, schedule, and instructor due to organizational reasons.
2. 2. These changes do not constitute grounds for withdrawal from the training or for claims against the Organizer, unless they significantly affect the substantive scope of the training.
§12. Final provisions
1. 1. These Regulations are effective from the date of their publication.
2. 2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
