This model with extended beaks is equipped with a replaceable, press-fit Delrin insert, which increases the durability and effectiveness of the instrument.

The pliers are made of solid 400 series stainless steel, with a fitted Delrin insert.
Fully sterilizable in an autoclave.
Resistant to multiple sterilization cycles without loss of quality.
They hold ISO and CE certificates.

Instrument Care:

Immediately after use:

• Remove blood and other contaminants from the instrument's surface before they dry.
• Wash with water at 40–60°C
• Check the hinge and tips for any damage.

Sterilization:
Recommended sterilization processes include autoclaving.
Maintain temperature below 134°C.
Dry heat, chemiclave, or cold sterilization methods are possible but not recommended.

Drying:
Thoroughly dry the instrument to prevent corrosion.
Internal hinge parts may require longer drying time.

Quality:

The instrument is made of surgical grade stainless steel in Japan, ensuring corrosion resistance and no material degradation even after numerous sterilization cycles.
