Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service regulate the rules for using the Dental for Children online store and purchasing products offered in our store.

2. Definitions

Store - Dental for Children online store available at biuro@dentalforchildren.pl
Customer - a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality who makes a purchase in the Store
Product - a good available in the Store's offer

3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Store's website. The condition for placing an order is the correct completion of the order form and acceptance of these Terms of Service.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices given in the Store are gross prices (including VAT). The Customer can pay for the order using the payment methods available in the Store.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered within Poland. The order fulfillment time and delivery costs are specified in the ordering process.

6. Right of Withdrawal

A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us of their decision.

7. Complaints

Products are covered by a statutory warranty. Complaints can be submitted electronically or in writing to the Store's address.

8. Personal Data Protection

Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR. Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
